Third Party Fire and Theft Insurance

The name of this type of cover gives you a good idea as to what it’s all about. Basically, it provides the same level of cover as Third Party Insurance, except it has a couple of additions. What these mean is that, unlike with normal Third Party cover, you’ll find that your car will be covered in the event of theft or a fire.

As you would expect, you’ll pay a little more for this type of insurance as a result. But the difference in costs may not be gigantic, so it could be worth considering.

It’s also worth noting that some insurers simply don’t offer Thirty Party Insurance. In these cases, Third Party Fire and Theft Insurance may be the most basic (and cheapest) insurance cover available to you.
